The conference halls of the Grand Hotel Villa Igiea is capable of hosting up to 1,000 delegates. It covers an area of 400 sq. m. with natural light and wireless connections in all the rooms. The Villa Igiea boasts an additional 6 meeting rooms for special occasions.
The Excelsior Hilton Palermo is the best place to host meetings, workshops, cocktails, galas, and prestigious dinners. The two rooms available are the Manfredi (70 sq. m.) and the Federico (45 sq. m.). The maximum capacity, with seating as in a theatre, is of 80 pers. for the Manfredi room and 40 pers. for the Federico.
The Grand Hotel Des Palmes can boast various halls taking place in a refined atmosphere with its precious marble and stucco decorations, just right for holding top rate meetings. The Carmine hall can hold up to 180 guests, while the Hall of Mirrors can hold up to 220 people for a refreshment event or a breakfast meeting for up to 220 people.
The conference space of the Hotel can hold up to a maximum of 400 persons. In addition to the Plenary Hall, the hotel offers four meeting halls that welcome up to 150 persons.

The Talia hall, 52 sq. m. has a capacity of 50 pers., the Poseidon hall 130 sq. m. large has a capacity of 130 person audience, and the Plenary room Salone Erice, of 253 sq. m. has a capacity of 350 seat audience.
